Layout Contest
Yup, a layout contest! I seem to have trouble validating my layouts so I want to see what anyone else could do for this site. So here's the info:
-you can enter a maximum of 2 layouts per person
-the layout must not be inappropriate
-the layout cannot have any copyrighted photos such as celebs on it and random images from google (also no neopets) designs preffered
-the layout must say "Sweet Sugar" in the header/banner and it must have an affiliate and link area
-you must not steal anyone's coding, design, whatever. Must be yours (unless you get the code from Smiley Helper)
-I won't begin the voting/picking of the winner until I get 5-10 entries
-if you submit your website layout that means you give me permission to edit it (a little) and that it isn't yours anymore; it'll be property of Sweet Sugar
-any entry is greatly appreciated; I thank all participators in advance

1st Place: Advertising for a month, 10,000 neopoints if you have an account, automatic affiliation/partnership, 2 custom buttons, and a custom award
2nd Place: Advertising for 2 weeks, 5,000 neopoints if you have an account, automatic affiliation, 2 custom buttons, and a custom award
3rd Place: Advertising for 1 week, 2,500 neopoints if you have an account, automatic affiliation, 2 custom buttons, and a custom award
