I typically get asked, "Where is your affiliation form??" The answer? Just use the contact form.
Rules:
*Your site must be appropriate for children ages 10 and up.
*Try to use correct grammar, unless you are just learning English, of course.
*You must visit/comment Sweet Sugar at least once a month.
*If you want to be partners, say so and I'll see.

E-Mail: I'll reply to your affiliation/partnership request here.
Reason for Contact: Affiliation or Partnership Request.
Explain: Put site URL and info here.
There you go! You should be in good condition to apply!
